Hi, I am Rebekka
Product UX Researcher
Mixed methods | PhD | 7+ years experience
I make messy product questions feel clear -
then I move things forward.
I'm a complexity buster & momentum maker. I'm good at seeing the shape of a problem fast and explaining it in a way that makes teams go "Ah, that's it!". Then I switch into action mode, iterate fast and keep pushing with endurance until it's genuinely useful.

My Work
Case 1 Product health tracking from scratch
Goal: Build a unified UX benchmarking system across the global marketplace
What I did: Defined UX North Star metrics & designed a broader continuous product health tracking strategy (intercepts + qual themes)
Output: Strategy, program plan & first intercept surveys
Impact: Leadership alignment & launch-ready measurement foundation

Case 2 Modeling drivers of repeat intent
Goal: Quantify what moves future hire intent - beyond general satisfaction
What I did: Owned end-to-end KDA survey design & stakeholder alignment
Output: Key Driver Model & prioritised improvement list
Impact: Enabled faster, strategic, roadmap decisions

Goal: Validate strategy assumptions with real user needs
What I did: Designed & ran a representative survey (n=850)
Output: Clear ranking of needs & solution priorities
Impact: Unblocked roadmap decisions & resolved management debates
Goal: Make UX research insights findable
What I did: Set up tool, taxonomy & fact - insight - rec workflow
Output: Repository scaled to 1689 facts, 407 insights, 135 recs in 18 montths
Impact: Adoption beyond UXR - PMs & leads actively search and contribute
Goal: Test if a hardware prototype enables blind navigation
What I did: Designed & ran usability test with performance metrics
Output: Accuracy reached cane-level (speed lagged)
Impact: Published paper & EU reporting
Small studies, real impact
Not everything I do becomes a "case study" - a lot of my daily work is hands-on and collaborative, helping product teams make better decisions:
-
Frequent usability tests on what's being build right now
-
Quick turnarounds, clear recommendations, fast iteration
-
The kind of work that only makes sense with the full product context
